  • We aim to deliver in two working days to most of the UK but certain regions such as the Scottish Highlands/Islands and Northern Ireland should expect a longer delivery time frame of up to 5 days.
  • Delivery is during business hours, Monday to Friday.
  • Orders placed on weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
  • Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday may not be dispatched until the next working day

Tracking your order

When your order has been shipped, our external courier service will email you with a tracking number and link to track your parcel.  If during the order process you give us a mobile telephone number, your tracking information will also be sent via text message.

Some items may arrive separately with more than one tracking number.


  • It is our goal to deliver within the time frames indicated. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipping is handled by third parties and is subject to carriers' local bank holidays.
  • We are unable to change the delivery address on orders after you check out.
  • If there is no one at the delivery address to accept delivery of your order, the courier will leave a notification card. If there is no obvious safe place, the courier will contact you direct to re-arrange delivery.
  • Title to and risk of loss will pass to you when you take possession of your products.
  • All products are shipped from our warehouse in London, UK.

Currently, we are unable to deliver to:

British Overseas Territories, the Channel Islands, Gibraltar, British Forces Post Offices, Livigno, Vatican City, Dutch Overseas Territories, French Overseas Territories, Ceuta & Melilla, Andorra, Canary Islands and Balearic Islands, Busingen, Helgoland, Aland Islands, Greenland and PO Boxes.

All international customs & excise duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note due to Customs restrictions we cannot ship aerosol products outside of the European Union.

If your country is not currently listed at checkout please contact us and we will help arrange delivery.

Returns Policy.

How long do I have to return my goods?

Products that are not worn and have been purchased on can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

When we receive your returns safe and sound, we will let you know via email or telephone.

We will process your refund, via the original payment method, within seven (7) days of receiving your return.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty goods

Products you think may be faulty can be returned at any time, using our returns procedure.

We will examine the returned goods and notify you or your refund via email within seven days.

Return postage is at your own cost and risk.

When requesting an exchange of products in your order, additional delivery costs may be charged.

We cannot accept any returns, delivered in person to our address.
